Topics

Stochastic Numerics and Random Dynamical systems is an active area of growing importance in both pure and applied mathematics and probability. The aim of this workshop is to present recent developments in Stochastic Numerics and Random Dynamics. Particular focus will be given to the interplay of both areas and to the identification of new research topics.

Participation is open to all interested in these topics. As well as several key invited talks by leading international experts there will be also a limited number of contributed talks to allow other participants to present their work.

Within this workshop we will honor Peter Kloeden -- one of the leading researchers in both the areas of Stochastic Numerics and Random Dynamics in the last 30 years -- on the ocassion of his 65th birthday.
