abstract:
The topic of this talk is the reconstruction of an high dimensional
tensor by an hierarchical Tucker tensor with the help of a sampling rule.
Thereby, the sampling rule supports an approximation scheme coming from
the matrix cross approximation and guarantees that a tensor in the desired
format is built from only a few entries of the original tensor. Under mild
assumptions a reconstruction of the original tensor is found. |
